Cristian Ustinescu

Cristian Ustinescu has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Cristian is currently working as the Senior Vice President at EOS Group, where they have been since February 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of Director NPL&Workout Eastern Europe at the same company, starting in April 2020.

Before joining EOS Group, Cristian worked as an entrepreneur in the real estate industry from April 2018 to April 2020. Cristian also worked as a Senior Transaction Manager CEE at IMMOFINANZ Group from May 2014 to April 2018.

Cristian's earlier experience includes working as the director of capital markets at DTZ from January 2008 to April 2014, and as a Business Development Manager at DTZ Echinox from August 2004 to January 2008.

Cristian began their career as an AIESEC member in 1998, where they stayed until 2002.

Cristian Ustinescu obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Academia de Studii Economice din București between 1997 and 2001. Cristian then pursued further education at the University College of Estate Management from 2008 to 2013, where they obtained a Postgraduate Diploma (PgDp) in Real Estate Investment. In addition to their formal education, Cristian Ustinescu also received a certification in Real Estate Investment from Reading University - College of Estate Management in June 2013.
