Diana Palazzi Mery

Diana Palazzi Mery serves as the Senior Vice President at SOLV Energy since October 2025. Prior to this role, Diana held various positions at CS Energy from February 2017 to October 2025, including Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Accounting & Finance, and Controller. Diana's earlier experience includes significant roles at The Conti Group from May 2004 to February 2017, where responsibilities ranged from Operations Controller to Junior Staff Accountant. Diana earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Penn State University and completed executive education programs at The Wharton School and Penn State University focused on strategic financial decision making.
