Joseph Koster

Joseph Koster is an experienced AV professional with a focus on escalations and technical support. Currently serving as the AVE Escalations Regional Manager for the Americas at EOS IT Solutions since June 2017, Joseph also held the position of AV Escalations Tier 3 Lead. Prior to this role, Joseph was a Video Infra Ops Tier II Support Escalation Engineer at Milestone Technologies, Inc., where responsibilities included troubleshooting and maintaining AV systems. Joseph's experience also includes working as a Tier II Lead Technician at Compass Group @ Microsoft, providing technical support and maintenance for AV equipment across a large corporate campus, and as a Lead Technician at Go Green Services. Joseph holds an Associate’s Degree in Network and System Administration from ITT Technical Institute-Everett.
