Swagatika Patra

Swagatika Patra is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Generalist for the APAC region at EOS IT Solutions since August 2023. Prior to this, Swagatika held positions at CACI Ltd, where responsibilities included employee engagement, benefits management, and talent acquisition, as well as supporting facility management and stakeholder communications. Experience also includes a role at Spacejump Media Pvt Ltd focusing on HR policies, performance management, payroll, and recruitment during the COVID crisis. Early career experience includes a Human Resources Executive position at FLYTTA and an internship at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, where Swagatika contributed to a skill development initiative. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resource Management and Financial Management from the Central University of Orissa and a BBA in Accounting and Finance from Ravenshaw University.
