Stacye Broce, PHR has over two decades of experience in human resources, with a focus on strategic HR management, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance. Stacye Broce, PHR, completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Organizational Management and Development from Bluefield University, studying from 1994 to 1997. Stacye then pursued their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Education, Training & Development from Virginia Tech, where they attended from 1999 to 2001.

In addition to their educational background, Stacye Broce earned several certifications throughout their career. In April 2001, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. Later, in April 2007, they completed the Facility Security Officer (FSO) Program Management certification. In May 2009, they acquired the certification as an ISO Quality Management Auditor.
