Cathy Hinchliffe

Cathy Hinchliffe has extensive experience in the collections industry, currently serving as a Collection Specialist at EOS CCA since December 2009, where responsibilities include making and receiving outbound and inbound calls to achieve one-call resolutions. Prior to this role, Cathy worked as a Collection Specialist and Collection Agent at Red Cats USA from July 1992 to October 2009. Cathy graduated from Braintree High with a focus on General Studies between 1973 and 1977.
