Clay Harris

Clay Harris serves as President & CEO of WorkSmart IT since May 2001, following previous roles as President & COO and Vice President & COO. In addition to this leadership role, Clay Harris has been a Board Member of the North Carolina Technology Association (NC TECH) since January 2019. Clay also contributed as a Board Member for the Achievement Academy of Durham from March 2007 to December 2014, supporting initiatives that help young adults reconnect with educational opportunities. Furthermore, Clay participated as a Board Member on the Durham Workforce Development Board from September 2009 to August 2011, focusing on workforce development collaboration among various stakeholders. Clay Harris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earned in 2001.
