Jean-Christophe Berne's work experience begins in 2007 as a Restaurant Manager at La Véranda, where they successfully turned a struggling restaurant into a profitable tea house. Jean-Christophe then worked as a Project Manager at Berthouly Construction, where they were promoted to project leader and managed a renovation project for a police station. In 2012, they became an External Sales Force Coordinator at Procter & Gamble, overseeing strategic sales management for Duracell, Braun, and Oral-B. From 2014 to 2019, they held multiple roles at Hilti France, including Regional Sales Manager, Western Europe Product Manager, and Business Manager for large accounts. At Uponor from 2019 to 2022, they served as the Sales Director for France. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at EOVOLT Bikes, where they are responsible for promoting and optimizing the company's line of bicycles.

Jean-Christophe Berne began their education in 2007 at Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1, where they pursued a DUT Génie Civil in the field of Bâtiment. Jean-Christophe completed this degree in 2010. Following this, from 2010 to 2014, Jean-Christophe attended KEDGE Business School, where they obtained a Master's degree in Marketing.
