Manasa Upadhya has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Manasa started their career as a Market Research Intern at Leadics, where they conducted extensive market research for the successful launch of an automobile website, resulting in increased traffic and user sign-ups. Manasa then worked as a Market Researcher at Bitnomix for a brief period.

Later, Manasa joined Accenture as a Software Test Engineer, where they gained experience in software testing. Manasa worked on various projects until 2018.

In 2018, Manasa pursued their Masters in Global Financial Information Systems at Waterford Institute of Technology.

After completing their degree, they joined Metis Ireland as a Client Services Associate. In this role, they assisted portfolio managers in sales pipeline management, oversaw various applications, and improved investment trade processing efficiency. Manasa also worked on a proof-of-concept project to onboard clients and improve business relationships.

Manasa then transitioned to EOX Vantage, where they initially worked as a Quality Control Engineer, conducting functional testing and using tools like Power BI and ElasticSearch. Manasa then became a Project Manager, where they developed project plans, schedules, and maintained tasks based on client requirements.
