Jennifer Mayernik is a Senior Process Engineer at EP Minerals, where responsibilities include developing data-driven procedures, collaborating with maintenance for equipment evaluations, and troubleshooting performance issues. With a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering from Montana Technological University, Jennifer has extensive experience in process improvement, statistical analysis, and team training across various sectors.
