Fazhle Izhwan Sulaiman

Fazhle Izhwan Sulaiman has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Fazhle Izhwan'smost recent role was at E&P O&M Services Sdn Bhd (EPOMS), where they served as a Senior Executive ICT & Corporate Systems. In this position, they led IT-related services and telecommunication systems for all offices and facilities. Fazhle Izhwan managed various aspects such as email services, active directory, infrastructure, servers, network switches, and telephony systems. Fazhle also excelled in contract management, project management, and ensuring smooth job completion.

Prior to EPOMS, Fazhle worked at OM Technologies Sdn Bhd as an IT Executive. Fazhle Izhwan initially started as a management trainee cum marketing, performing presentations, demonstrations, and training of company products to clients. Fazhle Izhwan was later promoted to the role of IT Executive.

Earlier in their career, Fazhle worked at Fonterra Brands Malaysia as a Project Supervisor for the Anlene Bone Health Check Project. Fazhle Izhwan initially started as a bone scanner technician and eventually became a project supervisor. During their time there, they operated and maintained the bone scanner machine.

Fazhle Izhwan Sulaiman completed their Bachelor's degree in Public Management Major in Human Resources with Honors from Universiti Utara Malaysia, graduating in 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a certification in Pure Science from Kolej Matrikulasi Pahang, which they attended from 2004 to 2006. In 2003, they completed their SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) in Pure Science at MRSM Jasin. Additionally, Fazhle Izhwan Sulaiman obtained several additional certifications, including the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in July 2016, the Certificate of Achievement Cisco Certified Network Associate in Routing & Switching (CCNA R&S) from NEXPERTS ACADEMY SDN BHD in January 2015, and the Certificate of Attendance Workshop IT Auditing-Knowledge & Skills to Value Add from The Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia in December 2014. Fazhle Izhwan also received training and certifications in High Impact Presentations from Dale Carnegie Training in April 2014 and in Safety Training Petronas Industry Standard BOSET from SEQU Offshore Safety Sdn Bhd in February 2014.
