Jefferson Voo

Jefferson Voo has extensive work experience in various roles within the oil, gas, and engineering industries. Jefferson started their career as an Instrument Engineer at Sabah Forest Industries S/B in 2002 and later worked as an E&I Design Engineer at Malaysian Newsprint Industries S/B in 2006. In 2007, they joined Honeywell as a Sr Engineer before joining FPSO Ventures Sdn. Bhd. in 2010 as a Control & Automation Engineer. Jefferson then moved to BC Petroleum Sdn Bhd in 2013, where they worked as an E&I Maintenance Engineer. From 2015 to 2017, Jefferson worked at E&P O&M Services Sdn Bhd (EPOMS) as an Operations Manager, where they successfully managed O&M of three marginal offshore assets and implemented an asset management plan that achieved significant cost reductions. Jefferson later served as the Facilities Maintenance System Manager at EPOMS from 2018 to 2021. In their last role at EPOMS, they were the Head Digital, responsible for managing the migration from SAP ECC6 to SAP B1 and improving the deployment of an in-house developed AMS software. Currently, Jefferson Voo is the Head of Operations at EPOMS, representing the company for O&M Services in Sabah and managing a team of 147 personnel.

Jefferson Voo earned a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours in Electrical and Electronics from Universiti Malaysia Sabah between 1998 and 2001. Jefferson later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management at Putra Business School from 2022 to 2024.
