Rusli Abdullah

Rusli Abdullah has over 26 years of work experience in various roles in the oil and gas industry. Rusli started their career at Perwaja Steel Sdn. Bhd. in 1997, where they worked as a Process specialist until 2002. Rusli then joined PETRONAS in 2002 and held the position of Management Oil & Gas Operations Maintenance for 14 years. In 2016, Rusli joined Bureau Veritas Group as a Technical Engineering Risk Assessment specialist, where they worked until December 2022. Currently, Rusli is employed at E&P O&M Services Sdn Bhd (EPOMS) as an Operations Specialist, starting in April 2023.

Rusli Abdullah's education history began in 1991 when they attended Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, where they completed a Diploma in Chemical Engineering in 1993. Afterward, they pursued further studies at the University of South Wales from 1994 to 1996, earning a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering.

In 2014, Rusli Abdullah returned to education at Pearson College London. Rusli completed a BTEC Level 4, specializing in Oil and Gas Facility Management, and concluded their studies in 2016.
