Megan Glover

Megan Glover is the Chief People Officer at EP Wealth Advisors, where Megan has been since August 2024. Prior to this role, Megan served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at SMBC MANUBANK from June 2021 to August 2024. Previously, Megan held the position of Senior HR Business Partner/Consultant at PIMCO, where responsibilities included performance management, talent development, and the oversight of HR initiatives related to office relocation. Earlier in their career, Megan was the Senior Vice President & Head of Human Resources at Macquarie Capital, focusing on executive recruitment and diversity initiatives. Megan also served as Vice President of Human Resources at Moelis & Company and as HR Manager at Morgan Stanley, where a variety of HR functions were managed for significant employee populations. Megan holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a focus on Child Development from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and additional education from California State University, Long Beach.
