Pankti Shah

Pankti Shah currently serves as the Head of People Operations and Partner at EP Wealth Advisors since August 2022. Prior to this role, Pankti held the position of VP of HR and Head of Human Resources at the New York Film Academy from May 2014 to August 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of Human Resources at IDrive and an HR Generalist at Sears Holdings Corporation. Pankti began a career in academia as a Professor teaching Computer Science and Physics at Mumbai University from June 2004 to May 2006. Pankti holds an MBA in Human Resources Development from Kaplan University and a Master’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai.
