Ahmed al Zaied

Ahmed Al Zaied has solid work experience in various roles and industries. Ahmed started as a Cashier at Play & Learn from 2009 to 2011. Later, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Amazon Prime Customer Service from 2016 to 2017. Ahmed then served as a Package Handler at FedEx Ground in 2017. Following this, they worked as a Machine Operator at International Paper from 2017 to 2020. Currently, they are employed at ePac Flexible Packaging, where they started as a Machine Operator in 2021 and is currently serving as an Operations Lead since March 2022.

Ahmed Al Zaied obtained a Bachelor's degree in Operation and Supply Chain Management from the University of St. Thomas in 2016. Ahmed then pursued a Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the same university, graduating in 2021. Ahmed also holds a Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certification.
