Candice Mooney

Candice Mooney has a diverse work experience spanning various HR roles in different companies. Candice started their career in 2006 as a Payroll and HR Administrator at ANZ and progressed through roles at Transfield Services, Western Region Heath Centre, BP, BP Global Business Services, The PAS Group Limited, KPMG Australia, Wood, and currently ePac Flexible Packaging. Their roles have involved managing HR operations, implementing HR strategies, driving organizational effectiveness, and developing talent and culture within the organizations.

Candice Mooney holds a Coaching Certification from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership in 2020. Candice also has a Korn Ferry Assessment of Leadership Potential Feedback Certified Coach from Korn Ferry in the same year. Prior to these certifications, Candice completed a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management from Victoria University in 2010 and a Diploma of Hospitality Management from William Angliss Institute in 2002. Their secondary education was at Catholic Ladies College from 1993 to 1999. Additionally, they have a certification in DISC profiling from DISC Profiles Australia Pty Ltd.
