Dylan Neal

Dylan Neal serves as the Quality Control Manager at ePac Flexible Packaging since September 2021, actively fulfilling several roles including SQF Practitioner and Crisis Management Coordinator while ensuring compliance with industry standards for food-sector packaging. Prior experience includes Quality and R&D Manager at Alliance Nutra and Quality and Compliance Specialist at WellSource Alliance, where responsibilities encompassed developing Quality Management Systems and conducting product testing. Dylan also held the position of Quality Control Manager at Advanced Extraction, LLC, focusing on quality system creation and management in hemp manufacturing, and has a solid foundation in research and tutoring from roles at Jha Conservation Biology Lab and Sanger Learning Center. Dylan holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from The University of Texas at Austin and additional education from Springboard and International University in Moscow.
