Nami Richardson

Nami Richardson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources at ePac Flexible Packaging since September 2024. Prior to this role, Nami held various positions at Transwestern from December 1999 to September 2024, including Vice President of HR Operations, HR Operations Director, HR Operations Manager, and Regional HR Manager (Business Partner). Nami's earlier experience includes serving as the Director of HR at Athelas Institute, Inc. from July 1997 to December 1999, where responsibility encompassed leading a one-person HR department for a nonprofit organization supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Nami holds a BA in Psychology from Alliant International University and an MA in Criminal Justice from Chapman University.
