Daniya Faisal

Daniya Faisal has a diverse range of work experience in the field of design and user experience. Daniya is currently employed as a Lead Experience Designer at EPAM Continuum since August 2022, and previously worked as a Senior Experience Designer in the same company from April 2021 to September 2022. Prior to that, Daniya worked as a UX Consultant at GALE Partners from February 2021 to April 2021. Daniya also gained experience at IBM iX, where they held the positions of Senior Design Consultant from September 2019 to February 2021, and Design Consultant from April 2017 to September 2019. Additionally, Daniya worked as a UX Strategist for Adobe from June 2016 to October 2016. Daniya started their career as a UX Strategist Intern at IRCTC from May 2015 to July 2015, followed by a Service Design Internship at Tata Elxsi from December 2013 to April 2014. Finally, Daniya worked briefly as a UX Designer at Lollypop UI/UX Studio in May 2012.

Daniya Faisal pursued their education in a chronological order. Daniya obtained a Bachelor's Degree (Honours) in Fashion and Lifestyle Accessories from the National Institute of Fashion Technology India from 2010 to 2014. Following that, they pursued a Master's Degree in Strategic Design Management from the National Institute of Design from 2014 to 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Daniya Faisal has obtained several certifications. Daniya completed the "Accessibility Advocate" certification from IBM in November 2020, the "Design & User Experience (D&UX) Essentials" certification from IBM in October 2020, and the "Patterns Design Program Graduate" certification from IBM in August 2020. Daniya also completed the "Insurance Industry Foundations" and "Retail Industry Foundations" certifications from IBM in December 2018, and the "Enterprise Design Thinking Co-Creator" and "IBM Design Thinking Practitioner" certifications from IBM iX in November 2018 and June 2017, respectively.

Additionally, Daniya Faisal has completed the "Advancing Accessibility" certification and the "Enterprise Design Thinking - Team Essentials for AI" certification, although the exact dates of completion are not provided.
