Gerry Duffy

Gerry Duffy is a Design Manager and User Experience Lead with a strong background in UX research and service design. With experience working in various sectors such as transport, education, and financial services, Gerry has a proven track record of designing great user experiences throughout the project lifecycle. Gerry has also conducted international research and integrated EEG and eye tracking applications to develop Emotional Engagement Measurement (EEM) for a clearer understanding of the user experience. With a Master's degree in Human Centred Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Computing Science, Gerry brings a strong academic background to their work in the field of UX design and research.
