Anna Ahieieva

Anna Ahieieva is an experienced senior recruiter with a robust background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Currently, Anna holds the position of Senior Recruiter at EPAM Systems since October 2018. Previously, Anna worked in talent acquisition at GlobalLogic from March 2015 to October 2018, contributing to the development of next-generation products for major global brands. Prior roles include Global IT Recruiter and Ukraine IT Recruiter at gTeam FZ LLC, Remote IT Recruiter at Рекрутинг Групп, and various freelance positions focusing on IT recruitment and management. Anna began a career in recruitment after earning a MA in Psychology from V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, supported by early experience as a psychologist at PrivatBank where assessments and risk analysis were performed in hiring.
