Ashley Kontos

Ashley Kontos is a seasoned professional in talent enablement and transformation with extensive experience in executive education and organizational development. Currently serving as Director/Principal at EPAM Systems since February 2019, Ashley leads innovative talent ecosystem offerings and collaborates with senior leaders to align capabilities with business objectives. Previous roles include Associate Director at EPAM Systems and Instructional Designer at BayCare Health System, where Ashley implemented effective learning solutions and drove digital transformation initiatives. Additionally, as Director of Community Based Research at the University of Alabama, Ashley played a key role in mentoring students and developing training programs. Ashley holds an Education Specialist degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from The University of Alabama, a Master of Science in Instructional Systems from Florida State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Central Florida.
