Jon Riekse

Jon Riekse is an accomplished professional in transformation and program management, currently serving as a Managing Principal Consultant at EPAM Systems since August 2015. Jon leads a team focused on complex program management and modernization, with recent efforts directed toward AI-enablement. Prior roles at EPAM include Engagement Principal, specializing in digital operations and process optimization, and Sr. Director of Technology Solutions, where initiatives were led in the UK and Europe. Before EPAM's acquisition of NavigationArts, Jon was the CTO, managing technology teams and facilitating the acquisition. Earlier in the career, Jon co-founded 4SiteMedia, serving as Project Manager, and held web development roles at Websense, PBGC, NetStrategies, and SOZA 2.0. Jon earned a BS in Media Arts & Design from James Madison University.
