Kanat Kussembayev

Kanat Kussembayev is an experienced professional in data management and customer experience, currently serving as the Head of Data Team KZ at EPAM Systems since April 2018, where responsibilities include developing data product roadmaps and collaborating with stakeholders. Previously, Kanat held roles such as Senior Data Analyst in Enterprise Analytics, Director of the Customer Relations Department at Alma Telecommunications Kazakhstan, and Head of Customer Experience Management at 2DAY Telecom LLP. With a strong background in network planning and business development across various companies, including "Svyazmontazh Holding" LLP and ZTE, Kanat possesses expertise in data analysis and technical solutions. Kanat holds an Engineer's degree in Economics in Telecommunications and Wireless, Broadcasting and Television from Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications, and is pursuing a Master's degree in Information Technology at the University of Aberdeen.
