Karen Ratanasavetavadhana

Karen Ratanasavetavadhana currently serves as Director of Digital Transformation at EPAM Systems since May 2021, having previously held the role of Senior Program Manager in the same domain. Prior to EPAM Systems, Karen worked at Slalom as an Agile PM and Transformation Leader from October 2016 to May 2021. A significant portion of Karen's career was spent at Booz Allen Hamilton from July 2007 to October 2016 as a Technical Project Manager for the Department of Defense. Earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Systems Engineer at Apptis and a Software Engineer at CGI. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronic, and Communications Engineering Technology from the University of Virginia.
