Mijail Arciénega

Mijail Arciénega has extensive experience in product and program management within technology and analytics sectors. Currently serving as Head of Delivery for the HCLS Client at EPAM Systems since July 2019, Mijail focuses on customer relationship management and new data product development, alongside transformational and change management. Previous roles include Senior Product Manager, Director of Advanced Analytics at Telepathy Labs, and Sr. Manager of Technology Supplier Management at Nuance Communications, where responsibilities spanned project management and team leadership. Mijail's earlier career included managing internal product development at SVOX AG and supervising student projects as a Research Assistant at EPFL. Mijail holds a Master of Advanced Studies in Management, Technology and Economics from ETH Zürich, a PhD in Applied Statistics, Speech Processing, and Signal Processing from EPFL, and a Master's degree in Infotronics Engineering from EPFL.
