Philip Storm is the Chief Compliance Officer and SVP at EPAM. Philip has over 15 years of experience in global compliance management, corporate investigations, and legal ethics. Prior to joining EPAM, they were a Shareholder at Littler Mendelson where they were responsible for designing and implementing the company's global compliance program. Before that, they were the Global Managing Director of Corporate Investigations at Accenture, where they oversaw all investigations in the US and internationally, company's global whistleblower hotline, remedial measures, internal controls enhancements, trends and matters reporting to leadership and Audit Committee. Philip has a wealth of experience in managing legal, ethical and personnel issues involved in all forms of ethical and legal misconduct, including FCPA / anti-corruption, data breach, data privacy, fraud, theft, financial malfeasance, harassment, discrimination, retaliation.

Philip Storm has a Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School, a Master of Arts in English and Education from the University of Chicago, and a Bachelor of Arts in Pre-Medicine, Biology, and English from Augustana College.

They are on a team with Boris Shnayder - Co-Head of Global Business, SVP, Sam Rehman - Chief Information Security Officer, SVP, and Balazs Fejes - President of EU and APAC Markets. Philip Storm reports to Arkadiy Dobkin, Chairman of the Board, CEO & President.
