Taisia Berg is an experienced product manager and consultant with a strong background in banking, technology, and marketing automation. Currently at EPAM Systems, Taisia oversees product management assignments for major Swiss banks, including significant projects such as behavioral tracking implementation and analytics migration. As a partner at Baltic IT Solutions OÜ, Taisia focuses on product management consulting and market research.
