Tomasz Deręgowski

Tomasz Deręgowski, PhD, currently serves as Director of AI/ML and Data Analytics at EPAM Systems, with prior experience as Director of ML Engineering at Nike, where responsibilities included establishing a global ML Platform. Notably, Tomasz held positions at Nordea, leading Data Platform Engineering and DevOps teams, and at Acxiom, managing development and operation teams. An Assistant Professor at Gdańsk University of Technology, Tomasz focused on big data applications in finance and the impact of AI on labor markets while teaching courses in AI and programming. Educational achievements include a PhD in IT/Project Management from the University of Warsaw and an MSc in Information Technology from Gdańsk University of Technology.
