Warren Roos

Warren Roos, PhD, PE, currently serves as the Director of Agentic AI and Data Science at EPAM Systems from 2025, having held various significant roles in data science, AI, and engineering. With a longstanding commitment to the field since 2001 as the President and Chief Data Scientist at A1create.net, LLC, Warren has previously contributed to Medical Mutual as the Director of Artificial Intelligence and Rockwell Automation, where roles included Global Technical Lead for Customer Sustainability and AI, among others. Warren's experience extends to leadership positions in several organizations such as The Tau Beta Pi Association, Vizion Solutions, Cleveland Clinic, Panasonic Automotive Systems, and Ciber, showcasing expertise in data science, machine learning, IoT, and cloud technologies. Warren holds a PhD in Systems and Control Engineering, along with MS and BS degrees from Case Western Reserve University, complemented by a BA in Economics.
