Wojciech Lassmann

Wojciech Lassmann is a seasoned development professional with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as Development Team Lead at EPAM Systems since March 2020, Wojciech has received accolades for improving architecture based on client needs, including an appraisal from a major client and recognition as the most valuable team player of the month. Prior to this role, Wojciech worked as a freelancer, creating an e-commerce platform, and held senior software developer and project leadership positions at MODE S.A. and Dental Sense Technologies, respectively, where significant achievements included developing a high-performance image processing algorithm and coordinating the creation of a proof-of-concept solution for a medical issue. Wojciech began professional pursuits as a junior programmer at Vemco Sp. z o.o. and holds a master's degree in Automation and Robotics from Gdańsk University of Technology.
