Derek Cataldo possesses extensive experience in law enforcement and leadership, currently serving as a Patrol Lieutenant at the City of Manchester, NH, since November 2007. Cataldo has held various roles, including Legal and Professional Standards Lieutenant, Training Director, Patrol Sergeant, Detective, K9 Handler, and Patrol Officer. In addition to law enforcement, Cataldo is a Board Member and Strategic Planning Committee Chair at the Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester since October 2021. Recently, Cataldo completed a graduate fellowship at Harvard's Center for Public Leadership and served as a Course Assistant at Harvard Kennedy School.
