Justin Breton currently serves as the Mental Health & Wellness Coordinator for the City of Manchester, NH, since November 2010, and is also a Comfort Dog Handler with Patch, the department’s first Comfort Dog, as part of a Nationally Certified Therapy Dog Team. Justin has extensive law enforcement experience, including roles as a Crisis Negotiator Unit member, SWAT Team member, Police Officer, and in the Detective Squad - Violent Crime Unit, as well as the Child Abuse & Sexual Exploitation Unit at the Hopkinton NH Police Department from November 2008 to November 2010. Prior experience includes working as a Child Protective Services Worker for the New Hampshire Division for Children, Youth & Families from May 2006 to November 2008. Justin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of New Hampshire, obtained in May 2006.
