Nathan Schiltz has extensive experience in technical support and digital marketing, currently serving as a Digital Marketing Relationship Strategist at EPB since July 2013. Previous roles at EPB include Sr. IT Support Technician and Technical Support Technician, where responsibilities involved providing timely technical support, troubleshooting video, phone, and network issues, and managing trouble tickets. Prior experience includes working as an IT Support Technician at Amazon, where Nathan utilized various programming languages to automate tasks and supported a large network infrastructure. Earlier roles as an Independent IT Support Contractor for Big Iron, Inc. and a manager in the U.S. Navy contribute to a well-rounded skill set. Nathan holds an Associate of Arts in Computer Science and an Associate of Science in Networking Services Technology, both from Florida State College at Jacksonville, as well as a high school diploma from Altha High School.
