Gene Chang

Gene Chang is an experienced EPC Manager at Epcon, with a career spanning various roles in the energy sector. Previous positions include commissioning engineer for ExxonMobil, where Gene oversaw the transition of a $750+ million mono-ethylene glycol plant from construction to commissioning and performed quality assurance for multi-million dollar projects. Experience also includes project controls at Marathon Petroleum Corporation, construction management at Chevron, and technical roles at SpaceX and HighMount Exploration & Production LLC. Gene holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from the University of Houston, further complemented by foundational experience as a nuclear electrician in the US Navy.
