James Griffiths

James Griffiths has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. James started their career in 2007 as a Safety Professional at Kern River Gas Transmission Company and worked there until 2011. In 2011, they joined Epcon as the General Manager for Project and Construction Management Services, where they were responsible for business development, organization expansion, client satisfaction, employee training, and general business management. From 2014 to 2021, they served as the Vice President of Epcon, and from 2021 to the present, they hold the position of President. As the President, their responsibilities include assessing the company's direction, developing goals and strategies, ensuring compliance with the company's mission, overseeing operations, analyzing budgets, and financial reports.

James Griffiths attended Weber State University from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Psychology.
