Jerome Courtney

Jerome Courtney currently serves as Chief Inspector at both Epcon and Phillips 66 since April 2024, following a role as Chief Inspector at APEX from December 2019 to April 2024. Prior to this, Jerome held the position of CFR/P66 Amarillo Dev. and Welding Inspector at Quality Integrated Services, Inc. from April 2014 to April 2024, working on a 24" NGL pipeline for Alabama Power Company. Jerome's experience also includes several roles at Phillips 66 from January 2012 to April 2014, where responsibilities spanned utility inspections, encroachment, boring inspections, tie-ins, and hydro tests. Earlier in Jerome's career, from February 2003 to January 2012, roles included Party Chief/Supervisor at Midco Services, overseeing land and pipeline survey operations while managing multiple crews.
