Carolyn Selin

Carolyn Selin is an accomplished professional in operational excellence and process improvement with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Operational Excellence at EPCOR since January 2014, Carolyn collaborates with executive leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive improvement business plan. Previous roles include Partner at Propel Consulting, Principal at NorQuest College's Landmark Centre for Value Improvement, and multiple positions at Alberta Health Services, where Carolyn facilitated process improvement and implemented significant contract plans.
