Claire Claybon

Claire (Elkin) Claybon is a skilled professional with extensive experience in operational excellence, project management, and marketing coordination. Currently serving as the Senior Operational Excellence Manager at RES since June 2020, Claire spearheaded the deployment of a project management system, establishing training for 900 users and driving significant cost savings. Prior roles include Project Engineer at Architectural Concepts, LLC, where Claire managed project procurement and client communications, and Marketing Coordinator at Vaddio, where support for various market sectors was provided through targeted marketing initiatives.
