Coleen Dawson-Kuncio

Coleen Dawson-Kuncio is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in government relations and policy management. Currently serving as Government Relations Manager at EPCOR since February 2021, Coleen oversees strategic initiatives for electrical transmission and distribution networks as well as water services in Canada and the United States. Prior roles include Policy Manager for the Government of Alberta, where strategic advice was provided to client ministries, and Senior Regulatory Analyst, supporting the Legislative Review Committee. Additional experience encompasses energy policy and project management roles within Alberta's Department of Energy and earlier internships focused on policy development and research. Coleen holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and a Master of Global Management, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from MacEwan University.
