Kayla Rajendra

Kayla Rajendra is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in talent development and training management at EPCOR since August 2016. In various roles, including Consultant and Manager, Kayla has been instrumental in designing and implementing learning experiences that enhance employee growth, as well as supporting the strategic alignment of HR initiatives with business operations. Previous positions at Walmart Canada and Amour Jewellers provided valuable experience in team management and operational oversight, while roles at TELUS and Canadian Blood Services contributed to skills in customer relations and training.
