Alsu Tarzimanov

Alsu Tarzimanov has a range of experience in human resources and administration roles. They most recently worked as the Head of Human Resources at EPCVIP, Inc. starting in April 2019. Prior to that, they worked as an HR & Payroll Administrator at Carpenter, Zuckerman & Rowley from February to April 2019. Before that, they worked at IndieStorm as an HR and Talent Acquisition role from January 2018 to January 2019. They also have experience at VC Media Partners, LendGenius, LeadsMarket.com, ITCreations, and Virgin Australia in various HR, talent acquisition, administration, and customer service roles.

Alsu Tarzimanov completed over 80 credits towards a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Linguistics at Bashkir State University from 2004 to 2005. Then, from 2006 to 2010, they attended Modern University for the Humanities and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Linguistics. In addition to their formal education, Alsu Tarzimanov has obtained several certifications. In June 2016, they completed the "Managing Employee Performance" certification from Coursera Course Certificates. In the same month, they also obtained certifications in "Recruiting, Hiring, and Onboarding Employees" and "Managing Employee Compensation". Furthermore, in March 2016, they obtained the certification for "Preparing to Manage Human Resources" from Coursera Course Certificates.
