Matti Pispa

Matti Pispa is currently the R&D HW Manager at Epec Oy since May 2021. With previous experience as a Development Engineer at Flextronics International from April 1999 to May 2003, and various roles at Danfoss Drives from October 2014 to April 2021, including Chief Engineer and Senior Concept Engineer/Drive Engineer. Additionally, held positions at Vacon Ltd from June 2003 to September 2014, such as Chief Engineer Platform R&D and R&D Project Manager. Tasks included developing electromechanical products and defining product platforms to meet product management goals.
