Emerito Paredes has over 16 years of experience in training and recruitment, currently serving as the Senior Manager for Training and Recruitment at ePerformax since April 2007, where previous roles included Training and Recruitment Manager, Training Supervisor, and Communications Trainer. Additionally, Emerito Paredes holds the position of International Scouting Director at International Ballplayers United, Inc. since October 2012. Past experience includes being the Proprietor at Trappings Accessories from 2009 to 2011 and serving as Table Games Supervisor at the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation from 2000 to 2005. Emerito Paredes obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Philippine Christian University between 1996 and 1999.
