Nathalie L. is currently an Apprentie développeuse informatique backend at EPEX SPOT since October 2022. Prior to this role, Nathalie served as an Administratrice Zendesk at Up Coop from September 2020 to August 2022, contributing to the development of the Zendesk solution and its connected systems. Nathalie's experience also includes working as an Assistante data controler at SYNERTIS, where responsibilities included accounting, financial data analysis, data sorting automation, and providing advice and training. Nathalie began their career as an Employée in a Japanese restaurant, handling customer service and order management. Academically, Nathalie is pursuing a Diplôme d'Ingénieur in Software and Information Systems at EFREI, having previously earned a BTS in Digital Systems and a Bachelor in Business Data Analysis, along with a Baccalauréat in Engineering Sciences with a focus on Computer and Digital Sciences.
