Karthikeyan Subbaiah

Karthikeyan Subbaiah has a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources. Karthikeyan currently holds the position of Head of Talent Pipeline at Ephicacy since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate Vice President at Maveric Systems Limited from May 2022 to September 2022. From February 2018 to April 2022, they served as an Associate Director at Virtusa. Between 2010 and 2018, Karthikeyan held various roles at FIS, including Senior Manager HR - Talent Acquisition, Manager HR (Talent Acquisition), Assistant Manager - HR (Talent Acquisition), and Senior Executive - HR (Talent Acquisition). Before joining FIS, Karthikeyan gained experience as a Senior IT Recruiter at Ivesia Solutions from January 2007 to May 2010 and as a Resource Executive at Emerio Technologies (NTT Data Company) from August 2005 to January 2007. In their previous roles, Karthikeyan demonstrated strong leadership skills, managed teams, and showcased excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Karthikeyan Subbaiah completed their education in a chronological manner. First, they attended Campion Anglo Indian Higher Secondary School in Trichy from 1998 to 2000. During this time, they pursued a Pre Degree program with a focus on Business maths, Commerce, Economics, and Accountancy.

Following their time at Campion, Karthikeyan moved on to Loyola College, where they studied from 2000 to 2003. Here, they earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree, specializing in Accounting and Business/Management.

Lastly, Karthikeyan attended the School of Management at D G Vaishnav College from 2003 to 2005. During their time there, they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) degree, with a concentration in HR & Systems.
