Patrick Fearon

Commercial Real Estate Superintendent at EPIC

Patrick Fearon has a diverse work background in project management and construction. Starting in 2004, they worked as a Project Manager at Carlton Craft, where they focused on designing, constructing, and installing custom built cabinetry. Patrick also managed project schedules, estimated potential projects, and ensured overall financial profitability. From 2009 to 2012, Fearon served as a Project Manager at PMF Renovations, overseeing budgeting, sales, advertising, and customer service. Patrick effectively managed work flow and schedules, tracked projects, and developed estimates. Moving on, Fearon joined Home Appreciators, LLC in 2011 as a Project Manager, where they were accountable for managing multiple projects aimed at achieving organizational objectives. Patrick initiated projects, managed cost and performance, and coordinated tasks with subcontractors. Lastly, Fearon worked at EPIC Response from 2013 onwards as a Commercial Real Estate Superintendent. In this role, they assumed primary responsibility for project completion and responded to emergencies. Fearon also monitored schedules and reported deviations to the project managers and coordinators.

From 2013 to 2014, Patrick Fearon attended Ashworth College, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Construction Management.
