Madhura Moulik is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in the fields of digital marketing, automation solutions, and mentorship. Serving as the Director and Co-Founder of KarmaV since November 2021, Madhura has played a pivotal role in developing FairKarma™, a proprietary AI algorithm that enhances HR metrics while promoting workforce diversity. As the CEO and Co-Founder of Skilfinity, a digital marketing and analytics startup based in Singapore, Madhura has established a significant presence in the industry. Madhura also contributes as an angel investor with Epic Angels, and as a mentor in various initiatives, including GROW and Foundership. Previously, Madhura held marketing leadership roles at SpringPeople and was involved in business solutions management at Positive Moves. Educational credentials include a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Alliance Business Academy and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Application from Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering.
