Phik Ming Lim

Phik Ming Lim is an accomplished Chief Optimization Officer and Senior Partner at Amsantix Pte Ltd, specializing in HR-as-a-Service since January 2022. Currently, Lim also serves as a member of Fractional People People and an Angel Investor and Pitch Coach with Epic Angels, contributing to the largest female-only angel network in Asia. As a mentor with Advisory Singapore, Lim empowers youth to make informed career choices. Lim holds a director position on the Board of Directors at Force For Good | Tech, and has previously engaged with SwissCham Singapore's People & Skills sub-committee.
